From 6 to 9 April 2016, MECANICA took part in WORLD ART DUBAI.
The gallery made history by presenting an exceptional and unique work of art for the first time ever in the Middle East: THE TESLA S PK ART CAR designed and painted by Peter Klasen.
Created in Paris by Peter Klasen, then exhibited in Paris and Los Angeles, the car symbolises the alliance of new technologies and figurative art where the theme of mechanics mixes with different signs and objects that can also be seen in a selection of his paintings, which will also be on display.
In addition, the gallery also exhibited new Mecanic Art works by the hyperrealist painters Hideki Yoshida and Noir Mat as well as the street artist Yann Penhouet.
WORLD ART DUBAI is the biggest contemporary art show in the Middle East. It brings together artists from all over the world. Around 15,000 visitors attended in 2016.

On 13 November 2014 in Los Angeles, the MECANICA gallery exhibited the TESLA MODEL S decorated by the artist Peter Klasen.
